A successful small business is the result of good planning, good marketing and good execution.
A business is really about selling something. The major focus of a business is to encourage both existing and potential customers to buy or use whatever product or service the business is selling.
Any existing or potential customer should be given constant opportunities to make purchases or use the business's services. It is then the business's responsibility to organize its activities in a fashion that will permit these existing and potential customers the opportunity to do so.
Successful operations will require a a business to have many tools available to assist with sales and marketing. It can be done in many ways and our goal is to provide one more tool that can be used.

A successful non-profit organization is one that has a clear agenda of its goals, a plan to accomplish them, plus an involved board of directors and enthusiastic supporters.
A non-profit organization should really be about doing good in the community for whatever cause is covered in the bylaws and articles of incorporation. All local businesses and citizens should be given constant opportunities to participate in the non-profit's activities.
Getting involved will allow a business and any interested citizen the opportunity to have an impact and make a difference. It can be done in many ways, and through several committees. Our goal is to provide one more tool that a non-profit organization can use to fulfill it's obligation to the community or purpose which it has chosen to serve.

We recognize that many of you Arts & Crafts dealers are small Mom & Pop type artisans who only produce three or four very good items.
